Virtual Solutions 4 You’s standard rate is $50 per hour for all administrative services provided. A signed Project Agreement or Service Agreement is required prior to commencement of work to mutually protect our interests. Virtual Solutions 4 You does offer special discounts for first-time clients, non-profit organizations, students, client referrals, and clients who require ongoing services. Please refer to the following two sections for more details.

In addition to time worked on a project, any expense incurred on behalf of the client is billed at cost—absolutely no markup is applied. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, shipping costs, materials provided, travel time and expenses, and outsourcing services such as custom printing. Any expense required for a project will be discussed with the client prior to incurring the expense.
